3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our DMCA Agent containing:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material at our discretion unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.


4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Sheep Animal World, Inc. will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, website access for users who are found to be repeat infringers.
